Now, this doesn’t mean Marcelle is able to write code (although I’m sure she could if she wanted to), but it does mean that Marcelle has shown that she can build and deploy custom applications on Salesforce.

Over the past 3 years, Marcelle and the team have effectively been “developing” Salesforce, and have built many applications to automate various business processes including:

• Timesheets
• Invoices
• Expense Tracking
• 1 click buttons for activity logging (Saving time for sales people)
• Website leads automatically created directly into Salesforce

Marcelle’s qualification brings crmSOS’s certification total to 6! We’re hoping to get this up to 10 by the end of the year… Watch this space.
