Coming from a fairly technical background herself, Marcelle understands that no one likes jargon, and will work with you to make sense of what Salesforce can do for your company in terms you’ll understand.
Matthew’s background is within digital marketing and client services, providing help with online strategy, and conducting business process reviews. With almost 20 years of online experience he remembers a time before cloud, and unfortunately for him, even a time before internet…He has worked with companies such as Land Rover, Jaguar, Hewlett Packard, Halfords and Virgin Active with both digital strategy and business reviews to help move their processes online.
His experience is ideal in helping to understand a company’s true objectives. He’s also there to ensure our current clients are happy, and that new clients are aware of us so we can make them happy too.
Unknown fact: He spent a year in New York doing improv comedy. Although a great deal of that year was spent in Dunkin Doughnuts.
